A little about us
Nervous Industries is a board company founded by Surfer/Shaper Michael Watkins. His development of the Core Duo blank, which features an EPS centre panel, PU side panels and Ayous stringers designed to flex from nose to tail, could just be the breakthrough that effectively combines the benefits of both blanks.

Michael’s a dedicated craftsman and surfer who left a building career to shape boards. So naturally, having already acquired a trade involving construction, it was not a difficult transition.
Here at Nervous Industries we focus on the fun of surfing and our products are made to inspire the adventure and creative side of surfing.
Michael likes to explore materials and the artistic side to board construction but also the progression of performance, always testing, always looking to improve all elements of his products performance.
